Ladies Toilet We are aware that the flushing mechanisms need attention.    This work is being put in hand.
Electrical Maintenance Three jobs this week: Exit PIR floodlight renewed with 50W LED style.  This light comes on to help users when leaving the building after locking up. Emergency lighting checked over after failure of the emergency light over the door.   Five emergency light fittings renewed with LED type.    Two replacement tubes fitted to existing fittings in main hall.  Functionality checked and compliant. VentAxia unit refitted and functionally checked after window work complete. The jobs were completed by Evergreen Electrical.  Total cost £415.81
New Windows  All kitchen windows and windows to rear of hall renewed and double glazed.  Work done by Bulldog Home Improvements with match funding from Kent County Council enabled by Cllr David Brazier.  The FVH Commttee wishes to express its sincere thanks to David and the KCC for this valuable support.  Including VAT the total cost was £4350.
